This journal I've been keeping started out as just that--a journal, and has largely turned into a newsblog about my goings-on in comics. That's due in part to realizing I can't dedicate time to having much of an online presence, and in part because I didn't want to feel vulnerable, or embarrass myself somehow

First, props to being open on your lj. Glad some internet wank hasn't stopped that. Obviously one uses lj for whatever one sees fit, and I've always loved your postings no matter what the subject matter. Second - congrats on your move to the ~best state ever~!! Whereabouts are you in relation to Manhattan? I'm excited to potentially see you again -- perhaps at NY Comic Con when it comes around once more!
Anyway, I'm glad that you're in good spirits and I'm excited for your announcements as always.

Getting a divorce is a fucking annoying process, be it as friendly as it may be. Glad to know you're both doing ok and that you seam fine about the whole thing. Hope everything keeps going smoothly. Good luck with your new project.
