Shiny shiny new phone!

I got the Samsung Galaxy Ace from M1. It. Is Awesome. My previous phone was the Nokia 5530 and so it was a huge technological jump for me to the Android Froyo system. I spent about a day just marvelling over the things it could do and the apps... oh god, the apps..

I also found it rather funny that the 800MHz processor in my phone would not

Okay. Everything you just said there? That might as well have been in Romulan. LOL I have no idea what it all means but at least you seem excited and that's the point! :)

I am quite happy to stick my fliptop Razr thank you very much cause it is a phone. It is not a mini computer. Since I only require a phone, I am good keeping what I have ;)

Everything I posted could be summed up as 'tl;dr: new phone is better than old phone.' XD

Well, I guess if you're happy with it and it still works why change? Singaporeans as a whole tend to be rather tech-crazy and we usually change our phone every 2 years or so. (There are exceptions to the rule though)

jumping in to say ... I'm like that with my phones and I adored my slide razr ... and I hate my new one ...especially since I only have it to be used as a phone. Unfortunately my phone gave up the ghost after four years. Six months into using my new phone ... I miss my old one so much.

They don't 'repair' old ones here. Sadly the practice here is it is cheaper just to get a new one. *sigh*
