Quick Life Update

Thanksgiving was fun, but kind of stressful because everyone was thinking of Grandfather. We found out yesterday morning that he is going to need open heart surgery. He has a 90% blockage at the branch of an artery where they can't simply put a stent in. Surgery is scheduled for Monday. The surgery is going to be at Saint Joe's which means that

I had my car detailed. It was my birthday present. (yeah, a little late. :-P)

You're going to make copies of your recital and concert DVDs for us, right? Right? ;-)

ooh, sure! Eventually.... :-P

Yeah, data DVDs are one thing, but let me know how you make out with those videos. It takes mine 6 hours to transcode to DVD format, then just a few minutes to burn it to the disc, then after all that the video/audio goes in an out of sync constantly and the video motion is jumpy (original video played fine on the computer). Nero 6 OEM... I tried the Nero 7 trial and it crashed my system repeatedly.
