That was the hardest one to choose! After much debate, I picked Pier 39, San Francisco, CA.

They should do the Newport Wharf's! If it goes well do they plan to do everything they can? I'm too lazy to read up and am leaving.

Not sure what the full long-term plan is, but I bet they will keep it up if they can manage!
