Crush or Flush is a new twist on the old dating websites. It allows users to chat with others anonymously and completely safely. Instead of users registering with a generic username, each account is tied to your cell phone number so they can identify you as an actual human being. But what would you (specifically you -- or me, for that matter) do with such a site? Can you crush someone without wanting to date them?

Oh, nothing, I was just reviewing the site for a project. And I have a few friends that are doing the online dating site thing, so I thought I'd put this out there.

I think I have a friend who might like that, but she has a tracfone like me and probably wouldn't want to use up a bunch of minutes like that. Too bad.

Hm. This is actually a really good idea to have something in real time. I don't think I can trust a website with my cell number though. And when you put together the fact that it's called 'crush' and the overall look of the pics on there, you can be pretty sure most of the people on there aren't looking for a long-lasting, loving relationship. ;-p
