Art class

Generally, the art program at USC is exactly what I expected it to be. It's teaching basics and making sure that everyone has the same skills when they start off. However, I think it's unreasonable that they don't allow you to take figure drawing until you're a junior. They do but you have to present a portfolio of previous work so you can pass out of things. But anyways, this is why USC can SUCK. But when you can, it's probably one of the most interesting to take (I took figure drawing last semester and I'm planning to take it again next if I can.). I'm glad you said "well, screw that" and went to an outside class; I'll have to look into that sometime.

You should try it out too! :D It's fairly cheap; $250 for 12 7-hr sessions. It's quite intense. They also have 3-hr classes too.
