HELLO LJ FRIENDS :D

Mar 29, 2009 01:34

I tried to write a fanfic. I att--I attempted. I failed. :D Miserably, haha. (I wish I could go back to those easily-writing days. I wrote really crappy stuff, but I felt much more accomplished than I do now, LOL. o_o;)

You know what came out instead? An explosion of one-line, two-line phrases. They sound like prompts for fics, haha.

Oh, man.

Everything starts with a single line, my dear. Sometimes, all I start with is just a single line of an idea. And eventually it expands into a fanfic. So do not despair~ ♥

No problem, sweetie~ And I know what you mean. I remember this one time where I completed three one-shots in a day. These days I'll be lucking to complete a drabble in a week. x___x

I LIKED YOUR OLD FANFICS. Maybe not so much now, but my 12 year old self loved them like a 12 year old loves fanfics!

What are you writing for anyway?

Why not move on to just.. fics? Klaboom. http://www.fictionpress.com

XD Haha, why thank you! :P But I've never been quite happy with what I wrote, haha. Most likely, no matter what I write, I'll never like it. It's a confidence thing, you see, and when it comes to writing, I have next to none~~ &hearts

Annnndd, well, Big Bang? :P At least, I'm reading it now, so I guess I'd slide into that.

And just fics? Well what I like about fanfics is that I get to analyze (and over-analyze :D) the characters. They already have a personality, and background history. And you could start anywhere you wanted to, and it wouldn't matter, because it'd still make sense. I wouldn't have to build up and explain anything because it'd already be there. I wouldn't lose interesting writing, then. :D *long explanation*

You've never been happy about your writing? Ever? I've had plenty of. <333 YAY I PUT SO MUCH INTO THIS works.

...Aren't they a music... group?

But it's so fun to write all that and think up things about your characters. -short explanation. -

LOL Yeah, back then. ^^' I don't know, I think as I'm growing older, my expectations are growing so high that they're exceeding my capabilities. Sucks *sigh* So even now if I write something, I'll feel accomplished for a little while, then I'll slowly start to go 'Hey, this could've been better' 'I made a mistake here' 'This sounds so bad' and my thoughts go downhill. ^^'

And.. THEY ARE! :D

And it is, but I lose interest so easily. I'm so busy, too, that it's nice to have many fresh starts with FF drabbles <3
