Just got back from the restaurant car. We ate whilst looking at the North Sea along one side and open, green fields with grazing sheep on the other.

The menu:
Bangers and mash with Red Wine Gravy
Biscuits and Assorted Cheeses
Strongbow Cider

I am in HEAVEN.
