sometimes i can't use them either when i just download them. it's probably the font though. i think..
i just play around until i figure stuff out.

Kay, um, I have Photoshop 7, so those are the only instructions I can give you, but

1. open the picture

2. go to the 6th tool picture ( a dotted rectangle)

3. then go to View, and click on toolbars, and select Tool Option Palette

4. When it shows up scroll down to Rounded Rectangle

5. Then make your rectangle

6. Then go to Edit, and Copy.

7. Thennnn , go to Paste and select Paste as new image

7. and presto!

If you don't have #7, it should still work, but that's the only way. I don't know how to do anything either!
