It's funny, how these things happen. My mother called today wanting to spend the New Years with us.....around five days too late. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry or just hang up. I told her she'd missed the date and that Minoru was out with her friends anyway, grabbing some freedom days before the next term starts. I hope mother's been eating

He does those stupid store raffles all the time. I have enough consolation tissues to last a lifetime.

And instead of tossing tennis balls that way and wasting them, I'll be back after Australia and you can hit them at someone who hits them back, but better.

Store raffles, huh? Tell me which shop he frequents and I think I could probably get started on that. Because I have an idea. It's a bit crazy and I'm going to need to some help from probably either Atobe or Kamio-kun, but I think it might just work.

Ehh, I have so many tennis balls from fans and sponsors that it wouldn't really be a waste, per say. But why not? A game after you return from Down Under.
