This was amazing and fun and silly and clever and I add my agreement about how well done it was!

The only thing I have to add is....did Mari the nurse ever get to meet Jackal? :D

Seiichi made sure Shiraishi brought Jackal to their housewarming party (which was, due to perpetual scheduling conflicts and some superstitious advice given by Seiichi's grandmother, held on their one year purchase anniversary). Mari stared from behind a plant and a large margarita most of the time, but Seiichi did make sure there was a cordial hand shake before the party's end. A week later, the hand shake metamorphosed in Mari's mind into a promise of everlasting love.
