ah, this was such delightful fun! you gave all the best lines to tezuka, which is so rare:

"And then I said, and I'm saying now, 'do you want laps?'"

"Technically, I can give you all laps," he says, walking backward to glare at them.
"Which, literally," continues Tezuka, "was my downfall."

sanada barking and kirihara getting the story wrong were also amusing.

i loved how they were all friends. in the anime and manga you usually see these boys in fierce competition with each other, so it's nice to see them interacting. and i thought you did a good job with the characterisation, especially echizen with his mouth.

Ok, I am sitting here in a coffee shop at a Harry Potter con, laughing myself silly. Three lines in I could tell I was going to love this fic. Love the style; love your twist on the characters; love, love, love the bickering dialogue.

"I caught it on camera," Atobe holds up his phone. "It's my screensaver." <-- this just about had me on the floor.

The different versions of the same story were terrific -- especially Kirihara's letter. And Tezuka. Tezuka with a sense of humour is so rare, especially a sense of humour that's so very him.
