Yukimura was maybe there too early for his own party, but he assumed it would be polite to be there before his friends arrived, whether he was organizing it or not. Besides, he figured Sanada would be in there already, likely to be stressing out as well and that was never a good thing.

Walking into the cafeteria slowly, he looked around at the set up, thinking that his friend really didn't have to go through all that trouble, nevertheless, it made Yukimura smile.

Sanada blinked when he heard the door open and turned, expecting to see Renji, but instead his eyes focused on his blue haired captain. He gave a small nod in greeting, "Always early...." He said quietly, his voice holding a note of fondness.

Yukimura walked towards him, "It's not like I'm a bride, Sanada," his smiled widened, "I rather just be here by the time everyone arrive, and to have some time with you. Thank you for all this, I really appreciate it."

Renji glanced at his watch. He was consciously trying not to be too early, and as there was only five minutes to the official starting time, he entered the cafeteria, and was rather amazed at what Genichirou had put together for this party.

He wasn't at all surprised that Seiichi was early for his own party. "Hello Seiichi, Genichirou." He greeted them.

Sanada turned from Yuki to the new voice, seeing the person he had originally expected to see first, "Renji...." He murmured in greeting. Perhaps he should have only made the party for the three of them. It had been too long since they'd all been together, just the three of them. He'd missed his best friends.

Atobe, whatever many might have suspected, did not believe in "fashionably late". If one couldn't arrive on time and still make an impression, no amount of impoliteness could fix the situation. Therefore he arrived as close to the announced time as possible, dressed nicely, a gift in tow, his favourite earrings on but nothing flashy aside from his piercings. Perhaps his experiences with Yukimura had been limited and rarely pleasant, but he consider Sanada his friend, and thus would not ruin a party Sanada arranged -- not by being rude nor by stealing all the attention. The latter would have been a rather useless attempt, anyway, considering the point of the party was for Rikkai to welcome Yukimura ( ... )
