argh. I hear you. God, i hate that. I have easily-reinjured knees, both left and right. And it FUCKING SUCKS to hurt them again. I just scream into pillows and throw huge hissy fits when I'm alone.
Ugh, I know exactly how you feel. I popped my knee out BAD a few years ago, and now, every so often, when I'm not careful, I'll pop it out again, and it really hurts like a bitch.
Ahahaha! I wonder if pairing myself with a little 2 buck Chuck might alleviate the discomfort... Probably just team up with my clumsiness to intensify the likelihood of even greater injury. Meh. :)

I'm so sorry about your knee!! I hope it doesn't take as long to heal this time as it has before. (I realize that might be a fruitless hope, but hey - I can hope anyway, right? =) )
