I had originally planned to go out of town for this holiday weekend. A friend and I got into a conversation about needing to go away on Twitter, and it spiraled into possible plans for this weekend. It didn't turn out, sadly, but the possible plans, they are always there. And it'll probably be cheaper to not go on a weekend like this, too ( Read more... )

Sounds like a wonderful drive! I could totally envision it. And yeah, wasn't the sunset amazing, and the moon? She accompanied me along my drive home from Santa Fe tonight and I took lots of mental snapshots, too. :-) You definitely need to check out the sunsets up in the foothills at the top of Tramway more often.

Aww, thank you, sweetie! *is working on descriptive writing! so needs the help!* And mm, yes I do need to go up there, more. I always forget where the little parking place is so you can take a trail in; I've been wanting to go up there with my camera. And the tram, too! I <3 the tram and the top of the Sandias.

Obviously, there are several trips I need to take here. :)
