So I'm officially going to California for jaroselket's wedding. oh god weddings oh god. Well, officially as in "I have a plane ticket." Now I just need to do things like "reserve a car," "reserve a room," "take stock of my closet, decide everything is crap, go on a fruitless shopping

And cancelling class isn't a problem in my experience. You're good for twice a semester, I figure. I think Nanbé feast day is on a Thursday this year (if it's on the same date, that is), otherwise I'd be cancelling that class too.

Hee hee, no problem! It'd be nice not to torture Susan and Ana for once. ;)

Oh, I don't have to cancel class--I just need to let P. and Ag. know that I won't be TAing in their classes on those dates. And whatever discussion group activities we have assigned that will probably be slightly postponed, or the schedule worked out, or something, before I leave. That's all.

And yup, Feast IS on a Thursday this year. Which means I'll miss a morning class, most likely. That's not too bad.
