this is a fantastic story. I love how simpatico he is with River, how he resists the student who reminds him of Rose.... the Large Hadron Collider ... the mysterious Box -- and then the shocking surprise!!!

I also love that little moment where you see his belly. Very delicate and absolutely perfect!!!

Just catching up with this. I love the dynamic you having going with these two. I thought his discussion with her over drinks about how he used the Tardis to shock people into accepting the whole alien thing was quite clever. Heading over to the next chapt now.
