I doubt expelling him from Latimir would do any good. It may cause problems between him and the rest of us, and that would only make things worse.

This is only the second chip removal I've heard of while I've been here. The previous one was much calmer.

So I assume that removing these chips is almost like unscrewing the cap from a shaken-up soda bottle. It doesn't happen to everyone, does it? And from what you mentioned, the results vary as well.

From what I have been told, everyone that has thier chip removed loses control of their powers, but since those powers vary from person to person, the results themselves do vary accordingly.

Might I ask why you returned to Latimir in the first place? You should have been told that your powers would be beyond your control so soon after the removal of your chip.

There is a safehouse on the outskirts of the city, but it would appear that the person in question was either not informed of it's existence or chose to ignore it.

[Hitsugaya's also a grump right now; hangover headaches are bad news.]
