I'm absolutely amazed at what today's technology can give us.  For the last hour or so, via iTunes radio, I've been listening to UK's Absolute Radio live from Australia.  David Tennant is on the Christian O'Connell Breakfast Show.  He's just been in a radio play "Nativity 3", playing the part of Mary... Lately I've been immersing myself in the music from Doctor Who.  I have eight pieces of music that I play over and over again [including in my head at will :) ].

I go on a 2.5 km walk around the block every week morning before work.  My play list that I walk to is:
