I think the general consensus is that Volume 1 outshines Volume 2. I had a similar feeling, as did another friend of mine who ended up reading both volumes because of my challenge. But I look forward to being able to re-read both again, and to read them back-to-back this time!

By the way, do you review the books you re-read on your journal? It's come to my attention that I may eventually reread a books that I've already reviewed here, and I haven't made up my mind if I'd write a new review for it.
I do. I even have a special tag for it! The one that I know I've re-read that I originally reviewed on the LJ is Cherie Priest's Four and Twenty Blackbirds. I think I provide the link to the original review, but beyond that, I don't remember how I reviewed the sucker the second time, other than talking about how differently I feel about the book (or not).
Thanks! I haven't quite figured out what I'm going to do yet. I recently came to the conclusion that as I've had this blog for almost two years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon, eventually I'm going to re-read a book I've already reviewed. I guess I'll figure it out when I get there.
