I read this before I was actually writing reviews, but it's a book I really enjoyed. It was recommended by a friend of mine who's primarily a literary reader, and between her rec and the title I could say no.

The author has a new book out. I've been tempted by it, but not so much that I want to add it to my gigantic TBR pile.

Yeah, I've seen that she's written a couple since then.

But I'm with you on the giant TBR thing. I need to learn to resist the urge to acquire new books :)
