I read this together with Shards of Honor in the omnibus Cordelia's Honor, and I was really, really pleased. Do you plan on moving forward with The Warrior's Apprentice?

Yep! I really liked the little snippet of Miles we got at the end, so I'm going to read that relatively soon (within the next month or two) I think.

Yeah, I was once describing Bujold's thematic concerns to someone, and came up with three total. Disability was number one thematic concern on my list. Dubauer, Bothari, Koudelka, and Miles are prime examples. There are several other good examples too, explored in interesting ways further on in the series, but I won't spoil you as to specifics.:)
