I'm reading the novel right now and am finding that while the writing is pretty fantastic, the first two narrators are just so hard to follow sometimes. I'm not a huge fan of the epistolary style. I still want to go on because it's just so fleshed out and interesting and I want to see how it all comes together.

I have a feeling you'll do better with the Luisa Roy storyline (the third story). If you don't like the epistolary style, the first couple are doing to be hard to swallow.

I feel like I came in kinda late to the game, as I wasn't really aware of it until the movie trailer came out. If you end up reading it, I hope you end up liking it.
