When I was reading, I didn't know which author wrote which POV, and I thought Abraham had written Holden. :)

I'm so looking forward to the sequel (and the prequel short story!), but I need to get through my 2012 TBR pile first. Said pile is made of books I purchased this year, and I'm determined to stay caught up on it!

I heard it mentioned (I think it was on the Sword and Laser podcast) that Abraham wrote Miller. Have you read anything else by Abraham? Does Holden feel more like a character that he would write?

I have several books I want to get to first before checking out Caliban's War, but I hope to get to it relatively soon.

I've read Abraham's The Long Price Quartet, which I highly recommend. It's epic fantasy, not noir at all, so I didn't associate that kind of voice with him. :)
