Interesting. I've been reading Justice League Dark, which features this character. Don't know jack about her, even after nine issues, so this may be worth pursing one day.

Interesting. I had no idea she was an established character upon picking this up. Even the way things left off in this volume, it's tricky to see where she would fit in in the world of superheroes.

She's not really working with superheroes, per say, but rather the DC characters that focus on magic. So you've got Constantine, Zatanna, and a few others that don't mix regularly with Superman or Batman. Though Batman did make one appearance... it was a strange arc about vampires taking over Gotham City. Not as cheesy as it sounds. :)

Actually that sounds like a lot of fun. Is this a current title, or have them been collected in book form already?

Thank you for this review. I'd not heard of this character or series but as I've long had a connection with Nimue (I bear a version of her name) I feel it is a must read.

I've ordered all 4 volumes from a Stateside dealer.

I hope you enjoy it! I haven't read the rest of the series yet so I can't comment on the quality of them, but I know that I loved this one.

I checked out the stars on Goodreads/Amazon and seemed fairly positive.

I chose to get them all in a single sweep as often these can get quite expensive as they get rarer especially as imports.

I bet! Graphic novels can be on the pricey side to begin with.
