I know exactly what you mean about RP. I've been missing RP a lot lately. As fun as WoW is for running around and whacking things, I've found myself truly missing the text based RP games I used to play.

Well, that's what I mean. I guess what I'm trying for is the harmonious blend of RP and MMO. I achieved it on CoX. There were nights I'd login and never ONCE go out and xp, caught up in a bar scene or a random chat scene somewhere. Heck, if I didn't want to fight, but wanted to go play, there was always some silliness going on at Pocket D.

Trouble with CoX is, I keep WoW up because I'm guildmaster. I keep WAR up because after paying $80 for the box, you'd better believe I'm going to play it. There just isn't money for anything else right now. XD That, and as Guildmaster I need to login to WoW occasionally. So I'm right back where I started.

I made a character on a WoW RP server once because I had a friend who only played there.

I started as an Tauren, which was my first Horde character. I had no idea where anything was, so when I ran across someone in The Barrens I asked for directions on this quest, but I did it in character. The guy had no idea what I was doing and laughed at me.

That character is currently sitting alone and stagnant and will probably remain so.
