Summary: Living up to his nickname of "New Kid", Marche is rather new in Template and has gotten his butt lost in the city.

There had not been much to do; the house 'fridge' had run out of food, and it was Ashe's turn to go and buy things to restock it, as it were. She had other errands to run as well, mostly involving scouting out new places for her and Balthier to attempt to locate a way out of this Godsforsaken city. As it were, she was walking along the sidewalk in downtown, plastic grocery bag on one arm, and the other placed at her side.

She was paying too much attention to the area around her, and she didn't see Marche until she almost stepped on him. Pausing in her movements, Ashe took a step back and bowed slightly. "My apologies."

Marche looked startled and jumped back, probably with more speed than a normal kid his age would have. He looked up at Ashe and shook his head. "No, no, it's my fault, I wasn't watching around me. Sorry. ... You're Queen Ashel - Ash -"

He made an annoyed sort of face as he tried to pronounce Ashe's name. Why did some of the names from Ivalice have to be so hard to say?

Ashe blinked at him for a moment, and then smiled softly, nodding her head. "Ashe is fine.. Marche, did you say?" Ashe tilted her head to the side as she asked the question, raising her brows quizzically. "Are you alright?

"Okay, Ashe then." Marche smiled and nodded. "That's right. And I'm fine. I guess I'm still kind of used to having to react quickly. Sometimes I forget that I don't have to watch out for rival clans anymore."
