Um, advice... It's better to regret taking action than it is to regret doing nothing? Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and things will probably end up somewhere in between? Lol, idk - just go forth and be awesome, I guess :)

Wow, this sounds so exciting! Agree with earlier comment about the enormous positives of doing this for yourself rather than others. I'm moving out by myself for the first time ever in December and really enjoying being able to plan and organise just how I want things, really looking forward to it. ~independent ladies high five~

I live in London so if you need any tips for while you're in town let me know! Not gonna lie, it's hard over here on the job front so I'd say get researching/applying early as you can. If you're gonna be staying in London a while I might be able to help re where to look for work/accommodation if you let me know a few specifics, and I'm usually up for a cup of tea or a fine British ale ;o)
