Mostly, though, I'm commenting to link you to this - it's the Sampson and Gregory thing I mentioned last Thursday. I have no idea what to make of it or if it's likely to be at all useful to your students, but it's at least strange and funny?

Thanks for the link! It's always helpful to have examples of how to get tone across. Sometimes I think the hardest thing is getting students to see that all of Shakespeare isn't just rarefied and "poetic"; characters have interactions that we can still recognize today.

I'm sure I've had baby romaine before but I can't remember it, to be honest. As far as salad is concerned, I try to find mixes that also include carrots and/or spinach since I know I can taste the difference when both are involved.

They sell those clear clamshell boxes of baby romaine, so I sometimes wind up with them if the rest of the salad selection isn't looking very good.
