Song of the Sea

I went to see the animated film Song of the Sea last night - it's playing in my area, but only for a week, starting yesterday. It began with Lisa Hannigan's voice reciting "Come away, o human child," so that's possibly the most Relevant to My Interests opening of a film that I've seen in some time. Ahhh! I've been meaning to see that, and I think I missed it when it was in Toronto.

Maybe I'll keep an eye out in Ireland, if it's still showing here...

If The Secret of Kells is any precedent, I bet the film will come out on DVD as well; that's how I saw the former film. So even if it's not playing in Ireland, I hope you get to see it!
