I could take you on an Emperor Norton tour, but unless I put some serious research into it first, it would pretty much consist of going to San Francisco, pointing at the Bay Bridge Joshua Norton Memorial Bridge and saying "Check out this awesome bridge that Emperor Norton suggested," pointing at an airplane flying overhead and saying "Check out that awesome airship whose early development would have been funded by one of Norton's imperial decrees if anybody had actually listened," and then going to Boudin's and getting a chili bread bowl because they're delicious.
