Very, very briefly, and with Claire's permission: for anyone who was wanting contribute for flowers. (don't worry if you have no idea what I'm talking about!)
Claire has said that she would prefer a donation to the hospice where her Mum spent her last week; Seph and I suggested joint flowers with the remainder going to the hospice, and she's agreed to this.
My paypal account should be working for cadarnle at blueyonder dot co dot uk -- if you let me know your LJ name when you donate, I'll pass that on to Claire as well. If you have any problems, please comment here. I will put up an accounting of the donations, flowers and sum sent to the hospice once I have a final amount.
The funeral is Tuesday morning, so if you would like to contribute to flowers please get in touch by about noon Sunday 29th April UK time at the very latest so I can order the flowers. Pure donations to the hospice of course can be later, but so this doesn't drag on, I will only take them until May 7th.
And for those who clicked through but didn't know: Claire (moonlettuce)'s Mum was unexpectedly diagnosed with terminal cancer on 18th March, and passed away last Monday.
