Yo igual espero lo mismo. *hugs back* A veces las cosas no son como uno espera que sean y luego llega el momento de hacer algo, pero. No siempre sabes si es realmente lo correcto o no.

I dunno. I think people can say whatever they want on their own journal. It's their own space.

Of course though if they post it out in public then they shouldn't whine if people disagree.

Yeah, I know it's their own space. But I don't know, I would like some respect for the people who actually like the character they're bitching about and especially when they are almost insulting their fans? Maybe I shouldn't expect that, and I understand why they feel the need to do it, but I just dislike bashing.

I mean, in my opinion, there are ways to say how much you dislike them without actually bashing them. I don't know if that made sense or not.

*nod* Yeah, I see where you're coming from, and I agree. I may hate Yukari, but it's very much your right to like her, and dammit it's utterly stupid to try and tell people who they can and cannot like. As if that worked in the first place.

It makes sense, yeah. It's the difference between "I hate X because Y" where Y is an actual reason (and not SHE'S IN MY OTP'S WAY) and ZOMG X SUX AND SHOULD DIE AND EVERYONE WHO LIKES X IS A STUPIDHEAD.

Funny you should bring that up. A month ago, I defriended someone I only knew through fandom for bashing some of my favorite characters, and she didn't take it well at all. While she can say what she wants in her own space, I didn't see why I had to put up with reading it in MY friend list. I'm endlessly annoyed by those who are too self involved to see how uncomfortable they make people feel.

I so get you about the 'not fitting in'. Even when I do fit in, _I just... feel out, you know? I've just came from a birthday party and I felt like an alien the whole time even when I shouldn't have.

Well, bashing is stupid, specially the 'AND YOU CAN'T LIKE HER!' crowd. Even then, people may dislike characters for any reason, even no reason at all.
I don't know, I just find Eriol creepy, dammit. XP
