Thanks! This one was interesting to write since Locke's a character I haven't done much with, glad you think it worked!

That t'was lovely. Esspecially the line...

"The button was a joke, just like the rest of Locke's life had been up to that point. It all meant nothing."

... really good character study.

Firstly, may I just say that I love your icon?

Secondly, glad you thought this was in character, since this was the first time I ever wrote anything centred solely on Locke!

lol thanks. Doesn't seem to be many Boone fans around these days (though considering how long ago he was killed off I guess that isn't surprising.)

Oh there are still some of us around! I'm actually working on a series at the moment where Boone was one of the Oceanic Six (or to be accurate, Oceanic Seven since I'm not getting rid of anyone else).

I have to admit that I don't read much Locke fic, but the whole roundabout tale and the parallels you highlighted were really great! Nicely done :)

I haven't seen much Locke fic around recently anyway, to be honest (and whenever I've written him before it's either been as part of an ensemble piece or from someone else's POV) but glad you liked anyway!
