This is so ghey, but I used to love the Sweet Valley High books, even though they were the literary equivalent of caramel corn. My 10 year old mind just ate this shit up. I never read them, but I am grotesquely fascinated that they have been edited from a "perfect size 6" to a "perfect size 4."

Nope but how about I make some mexican cover art. By which I might mean spread a thin layer of canned refried beans over the cover and finger paint with it!

I used to love the series, too! Then I think they came out in the 90's (and longer after I'd quit reading them) with a series.

I actually had a line on a gig ghost-writing for SVH novels when I got out of college, but I discovered that writing crap isn't actually any easier than writing well, so I resolved to devote my energies to writ what I wanted.
