but then again, he rarely did with Rodney until they were actually in the middle of a scene.

You know I prefer John to be the more sub in a relationship, but the beauty of this series and your writing is that this isn't a d/s relationship, not really. Rodney's not submissive, except when he wants to be, and John isn't dominant until he's incredibly into it and oh my god, this whole thing is so hot, I love it muchly :D
