Ventura! Rain instead of snow for winter! The 101! *flails excitedly* I'm from Santa Barbara, but am currently in Maryland (going home tomorrow though!), and the thought of the boys on the Central Coast is very exciting. I shall definitely have to read the rest of this 'verse when I get a chance. :)

*cough* Excitement about my patch of SoCal aside, this is such a cute, sweet ficlet! Not-awake Rodney is so adorable. And I giggled at this:

*grins* I lived in SB in the 70s and then, later, when my parents moved back to CA, they lived in Ventura. The idea of putting the boys there just came to me and then I had to figure out why they were there.
