My tipping point was when I got into a gunfight with some dudes, and my character kept diving into cover on the side of the barrier facing them, pointing my back and ass into their fire. I finally managed to get in the right side of the barrier, at which point the game told me I couldn't fire on them because I couldn't see them.
...
Of course I could see them. They were standing right there behind some waist high cover. They were firing at me. There was no possible sensible definition of "line of sight" that would have applied here to prevent me from shooting at them. And yet....

It did launch in a very interesting state. There are fewer bugs now than there were three months ago.
