Matt is a telepath and that means that he might pick up whatever is going through your mind, even if he doesn't want to. He doesn't have the best control on what he picks up yet and he can't shut it down completely, that's impossible for him. So, what I need to know from you is this

Jack's mind will always be blank to Matt. He's a powerful telepath himself and due to training as a Time Agent, that only makes him stronger. Jack doesn't even realize the extent of his telepathy, but he DOES know he can't be mind read.

John Watson and Mohinder are free game, but Mohinder thinks quite a bit in Hindi.

Blank is fine. More than fine, since it'll be nice and calm to stand near a blank space like that.

As for Hindi... yeah, that'll block him nicely, as of course Mohinder knows =)

Mohinder'd lived with him for awhile. I'm sure he learned to do it. Matt hyped up on pain drugs must have meant no control of his telepathy.

Not that Matt generally has much control of it, but yeah. All private issues would not have remained private for very long in that situation.

1. In the Buffyverse, vampires' minds are blank. When Buffy could momentarily read minds, she couldn't read Angel's. So, probably not.

Sam has canon that shows that he can't have his mind altered or read by others except for the Yellow Eye demon because of the demon blood in his system. They haven't shown that it's changed since he went to hell and back again, so for now I'm going to stick with canon and basically say no until canon proves otherwise.

However, Sam is very expressive on his face with his emotions, so Matt, being a cop, would be able to read his face pretty easily. If that helps :)
