The wording you want is "flagrantly violates". With a "and is yet another impeachable offense" missing off the end of the sentence.
Trump is giving Pence *every* piece of ammunition he could possibly want. To the point where I expect Pence to stack up a dossier that he will produce in February 2018, easily impeaching Trump to usurp the office, so that Pence can spend 2 years gutting the electoral system and thus be the longest-serving US president since FDR..... assuming he doesn't use his 10 years + gerrymandering to get himself more terms.
