His face is really swollen from all that drinking and crying.

Yeah, I thought Ben Affleck really looked tired in that photo. The tiredness shows in his face a lot.

He's worn out and hearing that critics didn't like BvS didn't help. Actually, I'm surprised he's even bothering with acting now, after Argo.

He does have a drinking problem, though. It was one of the reasons for his divorce.

Movie fans seem to like the movie a lot and are roasting the critics for their panning the movie. So there is some consolation in that, and the big haul it's taken in (hundreds of millions).
