Since I'm taking a business trip quite possibly to VA to do work over there in the next few weeks, I was hoping for some insight and tips that you've learned while traveling back and forth in the States to do work. I've done a few business trips before, but that's while I was overseas and they were the typical version like in the US. So if you

Pack only what you need, if your only going for a few days you shouldn't need to check luggage unless you plan on doing something formal and you need a suit. Dress as comfortably as you can jeans you wear on the plane can be worn back but are bulky and heavy to pack. I have packed for 5 days with a duffel and it worked out fine
