When I worked for Charter Communications, I set up our alloted 5 email addresses (well, technically I only set up 4). They've worked fine since 2000. They are still working fine through Outlook at home. The only place they aren't working fine at is via webmail on their website. They were working until Charter changed their webmail not too long ago

I've had both Charhell and DSL and frankly I'll NEVER EVER EVER... go back to Charhell! They suck the MASSIVE balls. With Charhell, we had so many issues with connectivity and NO ONE could fix it. Even when the tech they KEPT sending out b/c it was his area of service said send someone else b/c he's stumped. Guess what the fucknuts at charhell did??? Yup...sent the same guy. Who was actually pretty nice. We swapped to DSL and Russell's house has had no issues at all and the customer svc is pretty good too. The folks already had DSL here and I've been super pleased. I'd check on the DSL availability again. Supposedly it's now available all over the upstate b/c of AT&T taking over.

No doubt! Last I checked (a few months ago), we were still not able to get DSL but it should be soon, as the cut off line was the street before ours, go figure!
