My phone broke. Again.

Last July the hinge snapped--conveniently while I was having a conversation with someone about how I'd never had my phone break on me--and we brought it in, learned that that model had a history of screwed-up hinges, and got a replacement. Of the same model. This morning I opened the phone to turn it on, and the same hinge

I hate when phones break. But I don't mind as much when it's been my tracfone. Their warranty is 1 year from date of purchase or replacement or 18 months from date of manufacture, whichever is latest =D

See, now, that's a *good* warranty. Who makes the warranty connected to the contract? Contracts don't break, phones do! Weird Verizon people.
