Lost cause

Couldn't resist. Last batch of chicken tenders is in my small cast iron skillet as we speak.

Will talk later after determining if this was a success or not. It's been 20 years or more since I pan fried chicken. :-)

I did review a half dozen recipes online. *And* I did learn to do this when I was a kid. So, while it's been 20 years since I'd done it, I'd done it off and on for about 20 years before that. :-) (Wasn't allowed to actually fry stuff until I was 10.)

Y'know, I *nearly* used self-rising flour.

The cinnamon sounds interesting. A touch of Spanish flavor.
