I was wrong...but I wasn't lying. 
Turns out that 8.3.2 was so long that it required being broken up! So instead of being two parts, 8.3 will be told in 3 parts. So the twice-a-week thing will start this week! The last part of 8.3 will go up Saturday, June 12th. Hooray!
(Actually, the twice-a-week updates started, largely due to 8.2 being a butt...huh, go figure!)
