The good: I turned 27 today. Nothing bad happened. I got lots of emails and messages and phone calls from people! It was nice. The coworkers are fun. I may be able to corrupt some into gaming. That would be sweet. I tried transferring money between banks today so I don't have to get across town to deposit teh fredericton rent. Much better ( Read more... )

How are the DVD's 'worn out'? I thought that was an advantage of them, there's no physical contact so they don't wear out.

There's a convenience store across the river that advertises that they can 'repair' CD's & DVD's - we could try that?

Eh, I'd need all of the DVDs repaired. It's probably cheaper to get a new boxed set off Amazon for $22 than it would be to get it repaired, and teh box is pretty beaten too. And I haven't heard any great number of reviews of DVD repair.

It wasn't a bad day. It was nice, not fantastic, but not bad either.
