So, I find it immensely perplexing that yesterday, I worked a 9 hour shift on 3 hours of sleep, and felt relatively fine until about 8pm last night, and I got 8 hours of sleep last night, worked the same shift, with little-to-no atmospheric changes, and feel like utter shit all morning?
