Turns out that my sister won't be making it into town this week. Something about cancelled flight and too much time in the city and a refund. Don't ask me, I don't make the rules.

So it looks like I'll have more time for relaxing this weekend and maximizing this time before work and life gets crazy in the spring.

I always find it interesting that after a long break, the whole "let me sleep just five more minutes" thing always seems to kick in, no matter how much I accomplished on my break, how much I relaxed or how much I just plain slept. Had a chance to watch A Capitol Fourth on TiVo last night. Last year we were in the crowd, the 100 degree heat and the same seating location for six hours for a wholly uninspirng show.
