I'm watching an Alton Brown "Good Eats" marathon and he's come to the episode on crawfish boils. I've always wondered how you were supposed to eat these things

I have no idea WHY you'd ever want to eat crawfish but I also don't want to move to LA except in the northern cold weather. BTW, I've seen the Flay commercial and I recognized most of the scenes and felt VERY cool. Almost with-it.
